Research your trip with our guides, compare tour formats or send your preferences in an enquiry. Any proposed itinerary, price and booking arrangements need separate confirmation.

Send a trip enquiry

From enquiry to a possible booking

1. Send your preferences

Use the trip form to share dates, group size, interests and budget. You can also email hello@iceland.org. Include questions about the help you need before sharing detailed travel documents.

2. Check whether your message was sent

If the form opens an email draft, you must send it from your email app. If it shows a submitted-request message, the form submission was accepted. Neither outcome is a booking confirmation or a guarantee of a reply.

3. Assess any proposed arrangements

If you receive a proposal, identify the business providing it, the actual tour or accommodation operator, availability and the full price. Confirm what is included, excluded and payable before agreeing.

4. Confirm the booking separately

An enquiry alone does not reserve space or take a booking payment. Before paying or agreeing, confirm who you are booking with, the terms and how changes, cancellations and support will be handled.

There is no guaranteed response time, itinerary delivery or availability. The enquiry form is a way to send a request; it does not establish that a particular service or supplier can fulfil it.

Questions to settle before you agree

Who is the contracting business, and who actually operates each activity or stay?
What is the total price and currency, including any planning fee, taxes or other charges?
What dates, availability, inclusions and exclusions are confirmed?
What are the payment, change and cancellation terms, including weather cancellations?
Who handles support for the confirmed booking, and how can you contact them?

A proposed route or package idea is not evidence that every component is booked. Keep the actual confirmation and terms from the business you agree with.

Tour listings and supplier relationships

Our tour guides compare activity formats and planning considerations. Naming or linking to an operator does not establish a contractual partnership, inspection or endorsement. Confirm the actual operator and product before booking.

A link to SafeTravel, a park or another public authority provides reference information. It does not mean that authority operates or endorses Iceland.org.

Fees and commercial links

The guide library is free to read. This page does not quote a planning fee or promise a free planning service. If you receive a proposal, ask for all fees and commercial arrangements to be stated before you agree.
