The President of Iceland attends dinner at the White House
H.E. Ólafur Ragnar Grímsson, President of Iceland and his wife Mrs. Dorrit Moussaieff, attended a dinner last night at the White House hosted by the President of the United States, H.E. George W. Bush and First Lady Laura Bush.
On the occasion of President Bush's sixtieth birthday, the President of Iceland gave President Bush Icelandic Salmon and Skyr. The dinner was to honor the birthday of Eunice Kennedy Shriver, founder of the Special Olympics. President Grimsson and Mrs. Moussaieff along with the First Lady of Panama and 12 Special Olympics athletes attended the dinner.
