Municipal Elections in Iceland 2006
The general election of municipal governments will take place 27 May 2006. All Icelandic citizens with permanent residence in Iceland have the right to vote in these elections. Absentee voting takes place at the Embassy weekdays from 09:00 EST -16:00 EST. List of Consulates where Icelandic Citizens Can vote can be found on the Website of the Icelandic Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
