Mayor Anthony Williams visits Iceland.
Washington DC Mayor, Mr. Anthony Williams and Mrs. Williams where guest of honors during the Food and Fun Festival in Reykjavik last week. The Mayor and Mrs. Williams met with several Icelandic dignitaries including President Gímsson and Mrs.Moussaieff.
He also met with the Icelandic Foreign Minister H.E. Geir H. Haarde and Reykavík Mayor Mrs. Steinunn Valdís Óskarsdóttir.
The Mayor plans to visit Iceland again in the future and go fishing, Morgunblaðið reports.
