Flags of Our Fathers to be filmed in Iceland
The World War II drama "Flags of our Fathers", directed by Clint Eastwood and Produced by Steven Spielberg, has been given the green light to start filming in Iceland this coming August.
Filming of movies in Iceland is encouraged by the Icelandic government by giving tax breaks to foreign film crews. Iceland has in recent years played host to numerous other famous films such as A View to a Kill, Die another Day, Tomb Raider and Batman Begins, which currently tops the charts.
