Icelandic Independence Day - June 17th, 1944.
The Icelandic Association of Washington, D.C., in cooperation with the Icelandic Ambassador to the United States Helgi Agustsson and his wife Heba, will host a celebration of the Independence of Iceland on Saturday, June 18th, 2005, from 4-7 PM, at the Ambassador´s residence located at 2443 Kalorama Road, NW, Washington, D.C. 20008
