Beowulf & Grendel Film Screening
Beowulf & Grendel will be shown at the Phoenix Cinema in London on Saturday 9th September 2006 at 3.45pm, for the first time in mainland UK.
The Icelandic-born director Sturla Gunnarson led the production of this medieval adventure, set in stunning Icelandic landscapes.
Adapted from the Anglo-Saxon epic poem Beowulf, Beowulf & Grendel tells the blood-soaked tale of a Norse warrior's battle against the great and murderous troll, Grendel.
