Ambassador Pálsson delivers credentials in Sri Lanka
Following the presentation of credentials ceremony the President and the Ambassador discussed the bilateral relationship between Iceland and India, including fisheries cooperation and Iceland´s contribution to the Norway-led Sri Lankan Monitoring Mission. On the occassion, Ambassador Pálsson also had discussion with the Foreign Minister of Sri Lanka, Mr. Rohitha Bogollagama, about the prospects for peace in the country.
