Icelandic Embassy participates in Tourism Summit
The Embassy participated in the „The Marketing Summit on Chinese and Overseas Exquisite Tourism Destinations 2008" that took place in Beijing 20 to 22 April 2008. This tourism conference is one of Beijing’s biggest in the field with participation from over 200 travel agencies as well as media.
Councellor Axel Nikulásson introduced Iceland as a destination for Chinese tourists. A photo exhibition was organized in connection with the conference, where photos of Iceland, among others, were on display.
