Parliamentary elections
Parliamentary elections will take place in Iceland in May 2007. Icelandic citizens that have lived abroad longer than 8 years, or since before 1 December 1998, and wish to participate in the elections, need to apply for inclusion on the electoral registry. Applications can be obtained at the home page of the National Registry. Please be adviced that the deadline for applications is 1 December 2006.
