EVE Online launches in China
On Mars the 27th. CCP Games launched its highly successful massively multiplayer online game in China. The game, which goes by the name EVE Online, has been a great success both in Europe and in the US. The Icelandic company has reached a licensing agreement with its Chineses counterpart, Optic Communications, for the operation of the game in China.
To mark the occasion, the Icelandic president, Mr. Olafur Ragnar Grimsson addressed the guests of the opening ceremony through video, Mr. Eidur Gudnason, The Icelandic ambassador to China also gave speech.
