Team Diabetes Canada to Reykjavík again
Over 200 people joined Team Diabetes Canada to participate in the Reykjavik Marathon in August 2006, each one having committed to raise over $6,000 in pledges. The group traveled to the land of midnight sun after having raised over $1 million in support of leading-edge diabetes research in Canada, as well as local programs and services. Team diabetes is already registering people to join them in Iceland at the 2007 Reykjavik Marathon, and will continue to register people until February. Visit www.teamdiabetes.ca for more.
